To support the CRM, Integration, and Platform Services workforce, the remote Senior WordPress Engineer will design, develop, and maintain secure and high-performing WordPress capabilities while collaborating with government stakeholders and ensuring compliance with operational requirements. Key responsibilities Design, configure, and develop WordPress capabilities, including custom themes and plugins, while ensuring performance optimization and security compliance Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions and support platform architecture and implementation planning Troubleshoot complex issues across platform configuration and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery with federal standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience 6+ years of experience in senior platform engineering or application development, preferably in complex enterprise or government environments Hands-on experience with WordPress implementation, configuration, and development Experience working with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into maintainable technical outcomes Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
