About the Position

Director of Nursing Position at One of Indiana's Top Interventional Pain Management Practices

You’ll step into a high-impact leadership role overseeing clinical operations across two ambulatory surgery centers. This is a hands-on Director of Nursing position focused on patient safety, regulatory readiness, and building strong nursing teams through floor presence, operational efficiencies, coaching, and collaboration with physicians/administration.

Practice Overview

• Lead overall clinical operations and nursing leadership for two ambulatory surgery centers
• Directly supervise RNs, LPNs, MAs, surgical technologists/CSTs, radiologic technologists, clinical support staff, and the Assistant Director of Nursing.
• Partner closely with physicians, administration, and department leaders to support safe patient care from admission through discharge
• Own key programs including QAPI, infection prevention oversight, policy/procedure management, and risk management
• Floor presence and leading by example is highly encouraged

Schedule

• Full-time, M- F with no nights or weekends
• Regular travel required between the two main offices with integrated ASC's - short driving distance
• Daily operational oversight plus participation in leadership, Governing Body, Medical Executive Committee, and Quality meetings
• Work includes clinical operations, staff management, and survey readiness responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation based on experience with base salary reaching $130,000
• Full suite of benefits provided
• Relocation/sign-on negotiable

Candidate Requirements

• Current Indiana RN or NP license; BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years perioperative nursing experience and 3+ years leadership experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Working knowledge of AAAHC standards and CMS ASC regulations; strong communication and organizational skills
